What we offer:
Sisternightingale is an all-inclusive Nursing service, offering Palliative and End of Life care, Private Nursing & NDIS services to the community.
Private Palliative & End of Life care in your home
Sisternightingale can provide around the clock, private Palliative & End of Life care if needed. We also offer a cost-effective package designed to work alongside the community Palliative Care support, focusing specifically on the after-hours period. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Private Nursing in your home
We can also provide general (not specifically Palliative based) private Nursing support to assist our clients with recovering at home after illness or surgery. We will work with you to put together a package that best suits your requirements.
NDIS Nursing support
Sisternightingale is able to offer the below services to (Self-Managed) NDIS participants. Please click the below link to view supports we offer. Please contact us if you require support other than those listed as we are more than likely able to help.

After hours package
Peace of Mind for you and your family after-hours
Designed to assist you and your family during the overnight period when our local care services are not operating as usual. Please speak with us about options for friends and family to contribute to the cost to make this more affordable for you.
$699 package
Each package includes:

1hr face to face consultation upon commencement of package to establish specific needs for you and your family
-
24hr phone support (via text or phone call)

Liaison with health professionals eg. GP, Community Palliative Care, Allied health on behalf of clients if reqiured
NDIS services

Sisternightingale is able to offer the below services to (Self-Managed) NDIS participants.
Supports include:

Comprehensive Physical Health Assessments ie. continence assessments

Personalised care plans to address specific needs or challenges

Personal care

Private Nursing in your home

Carer education - either face to face or via zoom. Can be used by NDIS participants to train and educate support workers

Medication administration & management

Respite and Community support/engagement

Support for clients at regular GP or specialist appointments

We can accompany clients to special events where care can be provided throughout the day/evening

Indwelling catheter care, syringe driver support, other nursing procedures that may not be able to be attended to after hours

Wound care and treatment (cleaning & dressing, monitoring for signs of infection or complications and implementing appropriate intervention to promote healing)

Build your own support package
A more in-depth package for clients with diverse support needs
This will be customised, and will include the after-hours package, plus individualised supports based on client and carer's needs established in the initial free consultation.
Package can include all or some or the following:

Education sessions on personal care at end of life, for family members.

Errands eg. chemist pick ups, supplies etc

Liaise with multidisciplinary team on your behalf.
